Privacy Policy — IoTBridge Monitoring

IoTBridge Monitoring (the “app”) is a mobile client for IoTBridge structural monitoring workspaces, provided by CNet Svenska AB (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what information the app handles and how.

Information the app uses

• Account information. You sign in with the IoTBridge account provided by your organization. During sign-in the app receives your name and email address from the identity service, which are shown inside the app to identify the signed-in user. The app does not create accounts and has no access to your password; authentication happens in the browser against your organization’s identity service.
• Monitoring data. The app displays measurement data, indicators and events from the IoTBridge workspace you connect to. This data belongs to and is controlled by your organization; the app only retrieves and displays it.
• Settings stored on your device. The app remembers the workspaces you have connected to and stores your session tokens in the device’s secure storage (Keychain on iOS, encrypted storage on Android) so you stay signed in. This information never leaves your device and is removed when you sign out or delete the app.

What we do not do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
• No collection of location, contacts, photos or other device data.
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties.

Data transmission

All communication between the app and IoTBridge services takes place over encrypted HTTPS connections directly to your organization’s workspace and identity service. The app introduces no additional servers or intermediaries.

Data retention and deletion

The app itself stores data only on your device, as described above. Signing out or deleting the app removes it. Account and monitoring data are managed by your organization within its IoTBridge workspace; requests concerning that data should be directed to your organization or to us at the address below.

Beta testing

If you use the app through Apple TestFlight, Apple may collect crash logs and feedback you choose to submit, as described in Apple’s TestFlight terms.
